I feel incredibly blessed to share that I have the opportunity to be part of the MCO team traveling to South Africa again this year—what an answered prayer!
We will be staying on base at the Shayandima School of Tomorrow. During the week, we will serve the amazing students at Tshilidzini Special School, which was founded for blind, deaf, and physically handicapped children who might otherwise never have the chance to receive an education. In many cases, without this school, these children would even be shunned by their communities.
As a medically diverse team, we will once again set up a clinic at the school with the hope that every student will have the opportunity to receive the medical care they need. Beyond medical attention, our goal is to pour into these students with love, encouragement, and the love of Jesus Christ. If you’d like to hear more about the mission or the work being done there, I would love to share!
My life was truly changed by this trip and the people I met last year, and I trust that God will move in incredible ways again. I feel strongly that He has called me to return, so I am trusting Him to make a way financially. If you feel led, I would be deeply grateful if you would consider supporting this mission through prayer or a financial donation. All donations made through the link below are tax-deductible and will go toward airfare, housing, meals, as well as providing medicines, eyeglasses, and clinic supplies for the students we will serve. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your support in whatever way you feel led to give. Your generosity helps make this mission—and a dream that is very close to my heart—possible.
