I am excited to share that God has given me the opportunity to be a part of the MCO team going to South Africa for our yearly Summer Medical Institute (SMI).
We will be serving at the Shayandima School of Tomorrow and the Tshilidzini School for the Blind. MCO has been in partnership with the former for many years and they repeatedly speak to the Lord’s faithfulness in sustaining them. These organizations serve the local children in numerous ways, however, they do not have access to good, regular medical care. That being said, we hope to care for these children by providing medical care, adaptive equipment, and infrastructure work during our time there. Our team of volunteers includes a variety of medical professionals (doctors, PAs, medical students, NP/PA students, pharmacy, PT, OT, and Speech) and additional families that will assist in construction and serving in nonmedical entities.
I am excited to be finishing my time as a student in this ministry alongside our team in South Africa sharing Christ’s love with the local Church there. However, as I know God is calling me to serve, I am relying on Him for strength and wisdom as I plan and raise financial support. I would love if you would consider supporting me and my team in prayer and, if you are able, financially.
